Ari Golf ("we", "us") operates arigolf.com, offering in-person golf coaching in Orange County, California and online swing analysis through the Virtual Swing Lab. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact and application details you submit through our forms: name, email, phone number, and what you tell us about your golf game.
• Swing videos you upload for analysis, plus notes you attach to them.
• Session bookings: dates and times you book with your private member link.
• Testimonials you choose to share, which are published only after review.
• Usage data collected by cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Payments

Payments for Virtual Swing Lab reviews are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe shares with us only what we need to fulfill your order, such as payment confirmation.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure how our ads perform and to reach people likely to be interested in golf coaching. The pixel sets cookies and reports actions like page visits, purchases, and form submissions to Meta. You can control ad personalization through your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising generally at optout.aboutads.info.

How we use your information

• To deliver what you asked for: swing reviews, coaching sessions, membership communication.
• To notify you about your order or booking.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep submissions, videos, and bookings for as long as needed to provide our services. Want something deleted? Email arigulugian@gmail.com and we'll remove your data.
